We are excited about offering this new treatment to aid in healing tendon and joint injuries, healing fractures, reducing muscle spasms, and improving arthritic joint pain and flexibility, Piezowave acoustic compression therapy can be focused to target specific tissue and requires no sedation for most pets.

Dr. Weddle will discuss her assessment and available treatment options during your first visit.  Each patient will require a different plan, based on their injury, other diseases, temperament, and goals, as well as your own abilities and needs. Treatment sessions will range from 45 to 90 minutes and may be scheduled daily to weekly.  Therapy may be needed for several weeks, months, or long term, depending on the severity and chronicity of the problem. You will be instructed on how to perform certain therapies so that you may continue home care between visits. 


Possible therapies include:

SUPPORT HARNESSES, BRACES, SPLINTS--help support the pet during movement, and protect your own body while assisting pet.
